So nutty & Healthy but nice all at the same time.

This recipe one my children favourites they just taste so scrumptious .

1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup low GI sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup peanut smooth butter
1/2 cup golden syrup
1/2 cup honey
1 cup water
200g peanuts,chopped
Makes about 45 Cookies
Method :
- Preheat oven 160*C/325*F .
- On a tray add rolled oats & coconut & toasted until light golden brown.
Large mixing bowl add sifted flour ,Good Grips Flour Sifter sugar ,coconut & oats. - Double boil pot add the peanut butter , golden syrup & water, Stir on low heat until peanut butter & syrup has melted & well combine.
- Add the peanut butter mixture to bowl with the flour, stir with a wood spoon until well combine.
- Roll mixture into balls
- Place the balls about 5cm apart, on lightly greased oven trays.
