Milo Sugar coated Biscuits with Chocolate Chips
But you must try rolling cookies in my Milo sugar coating so Divine & Delicious !!

For all you chocolate chips lovers, Guaranteed to hit the Comfort zone when you get the munchies!!!!
When I cook recipe Chocolate Chip Cookies I make giant cookies for my children , they just think I'm the best mummy in the world.
Here is my recipes if you have to cook a big batch of Wicked Chocolate Chip Cookies for kids
party or school cake store.

125g margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tblsp golden syrup
1/2 teasp vanilla essence
1 egg
1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
375 g dark or white chocolate chips
2 tblsp Milo
2 tblsp castor sugar
Makes about 20 to 25 cookies
Method :
  • Per heat oven 150*C / 300 *F And grease the Baking trays
    Cream butter & sugar then fold in golden syrup & vanilla beat in the egg .
  • Fold in dark or white choc / chips .Thoroughly fold in the flour.
  • Milo & castor sugar into an bowl, mix together.
  • Shape into balls & roll the balls in castor & Milo mixture flatten onto baking tray .
  • stick silicone baking mates these tray make life easy to cook on & easy to remove the cookies & easy to clean .
    You know after a will the old trays get rustic with the silicone baking trays don't happen.

    Wicked Chocolate Chip Cookies
    625 g margarine
    1 cup caster sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 eggs
    5 to 6 cups self-raising flour
    2 tblsp vegetable oil 2 to 3 cups chocolate chips
    ( If kids party I put 3 cups choc /chips )
    Some method as above , See if the mixture to wet add 1/2 cup flour until you can roll the mixture into a ball.
